帮朋友发一个UV房子sublease的帖子~
many furnitures provided for free~~

We will move back to China in Feb. or Mar., 2009 and have to sublease a two-bedroom apartment at University Village, off OSU campus. It is on the second floor and very clean. Some furniture including bed sets, dining table, desks, cabinet, rice cooker, and kitchen utensils will be provided for free. The lease for this unit will last to June 15th, 2009. Rent including utility will be $675 plus 108, totally $783 a month. The deposit (around $275) is required to be paid at the sublease date. We have a portable washing machine for sale (a brand new made by Haier and bought in June, 2008).

Looking to sublease the second room of a 2-br apartment. Located on St. John. Rent is 605 and EAS is 108, internet (fast!!) + cable tv is 50ish, electricity $30-50 Plan C layout. Total rent no more than $400/month. Lease ends in August.

Current roommate is 24,male (male only please), American, 1st year MA student in Chinese deparment. I dont smoke, don't party too much, pretty clean and really easy going.

Bedroom is available starting 2/1, but if temporary housing is needed you can stay in the living room (rate is negotiable for the first month) until the bedroom is available.
